Are your items handmade?

All of our products are handmade and thoughtfully designed in CUDAHY. We take pride in using sustainable materials whenever possible and crafting each item with care and intention. Because our pieces are made in small batches or to order, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are part of their charm — making every item one of a kind. These details reflect our dedication to quality craftsmanship, originality, and environmental responsibility.

What are zero waste items?

Our zero waste terrazzo items are made using leftover concrete from each batch, giving new purpose to materials that would otherwise go to waste. Instead of discarding the excess, we collect and reuse it to create unique terrazzo-style pieces—each one with its own natural variation and character. It’s our way of minimizing waste while designing beautiful, sustainable home goods.

What is PLA?

PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a type of plastic made from natural materials like corn starch or sugarcane. It’s eco-friendly, biodegradable. Unlike regular plastic, PLA breaks down more easily and is safer for the environment.

We use recycled PLA to create our products, giving new life to leftover or discarded 3D printing materials. By using recycled PLA, we reduce plastic waste and lower our environmental impact—all while keeping the same quality and strength.

Do you accept returns?

We’re a small business and all sales are final—no refunds or returns at this time. Please double-check your order before checking out, and feel free to reach out with any questions before purchasing. We’re always happy to help!

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help! Please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping label and the box it arrived in

    Once we receive the details, you’ll have the option to receive a replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to ensure a quick resolution.
